- Methods of payment
Personal Cheques & Postal Orders, must be included with your order.
Credit Cards:Visa and Mastercard. Debit Cards: Maestro/Switch, Delta, Solo.
- When placing an order by telephone
- Distributor Number
- Credit/Debit card number, expiry date and security code
- Switch cards - we also require the issue number or the valid from date
- Products stock numbers and quantities required
- Service Fees
Postage & Packing: A postage & packing charge will be added to all orders - see price scale. Alternative Delivery Address: Delivery to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, and The Channel Isles. Additional shipping costs will apply for delivery to other countries.
- Month End - Points
Month End is at 5.00pm on the last working day of the month (Monday-Friday). All orders to be included in the months total, must be received by 5.00pm. Orders can be placed after 5.00pm on the last day of the month by using the answerphone service, but the POINTS will be assigned to the following months total.
- Damaged and Missing Packages - Get an RGA Number
Before signing for an order, inspect the packages for any visible damage. Always note the damage when you sign. Then check the number of packages in the order and sign for the number of packages you receive. Remember that NSPUK will not pay for damaged or missing packages signed for as received and acceptable. If you are returning products for any reason, call Customer Services for an RGA number before shipping. No parcels will be accepted by NSPUK without an RGA number.
